How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@cloudgatherer.net with your purchase email address or transaction ID. We will process your refund promptly.

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Once approved, funds are typically returned within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license key will be revoked and will no longer activate the product
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email from Paddle
  • If you change your mind, you are welcome to purchase again at any time

Free Trials

We offer free trials for our paid products so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. We encourage you to take advantage of the trial period to ensure the product meets your needs.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant late refunds at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.
