Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cloud Gatherer Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") applications and services, including AppleStand and any other software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Products & Services
Cloud Gatherer Labs develops and distributes macOS desktop applications and related tools. Our products include both free applications and paid software available for one-time purchase.
Purchases & Payments
Payments for our paid products are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and compliance on our behalf.
When you purchase a product, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.
All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. Paddle may convert currency at the point of sale for customers in other regions.
License Keys
Upon successful purchase of a paid product, you will receive a license key. This license key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on any number of machines you personally own.
- License keys are tied to the email address used at purchase
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key
- We reserve the right to revoke license keys obtained through fraudulent means
- Lost license keys can be retrieved by contacting support
Free Trials
Some products offer a time-limited free trial. Trials provide full access to the application for the specified period. No payment information is required to start a trial. When the trial expires, you may purchase a license to continue using the product.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all paid products. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Circumvent or tamper with software license verification mechanisms
- Share, redistribute, or sublicense our software without authorization
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Important:Our applications interact with third-party services such as Apple's notarization service. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or errors in third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Gatherer Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Cloud Gatherer Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
